Haly Dura was a female Twi'lek Jedi around the time of the Battle of Naboo. A mechanic, Haly Dura spent time servicing fighters at the starfighter training facility on Centax 2, established by Jedi Knight Clee Rhara. Unfortunately, the Jedi Council and the Senate were uncomfortable with the Jedi establishing their own starfighter training facility, and a saboteur caused enough damage to get the program cancelled after only a short while in operation. It is unknown where Haly Dura served the Jedi Knights after her duty on Centax 2 was finished.
